Privacy Policy

Prism Publisher ("the app") is a private internal tool used by Prism Electric Motors to publish content to Facebook Pages that we own and administer. It is not offered to the public, has no user accounts, and no one outside our company can sign in to it.

What the app accesses

The app uses the Facebook Graph API with permissions granted by our own administrator account:

Page access tokens for the Facebook Pages we administer, used to publish posts and Reels.
Content we create ourselves — product photos, videos, captions and promotional text that we upload.
Engagement statistics on our own posts — reactions, comments, shares, reach and views — used to decide which of our own posts to share again.

What the app does not do

It does not collect, store or process personal data about visitors to our Pages.
It does not read private messages, friend lists, or profile information of any person.
It does not access Pages, accounts or content belonging to anyone else.
It does not sell, rent or share any data with third parties.
It has no advertising trackers, analytics or cookies of its own.

Where information is stored

The app runs on Google Apps Script and stores its data in a private Google Sheet and Google Drive folder belonging to our company account. Access is restricted to our administrator. Content is also sent to OpenAI's API to generate advertising images and ad copy from material we supply; no personal data is included in those requests.

Retention

Content and posting logs are kept for as long as they are useful for managing our Pages, and deleted when they are not. Access tokens are replaced whenever they are regenerated and are removed when a Page is disconnected from the app.

Data deletion

Because the app holds no data about members of the public, there is normally nothing to delete on anyone's behalf. If you believe we hold information about you and would like it removed, email emmer.benito@prismelectricmotors.com with the subject "Data deletion request". We will respond within 30 days.

To remove the app's own access, a Page administrator can revoke it at Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, which invalidates its tokens immediately.
